A clever device to test the alcohol in a finished wine.
For measuring distilled alcohol you 'll need a spirit hydrometer look at the still page!
You put some wine in the funnel and it runs out of the capillary tube and by the magic of surface tension will stop.
You then read off the percentage alcohol. Most accurate between 10 to 20%.

There's a small magnet which holds the cap, you then put it on the bottle and pulll dpown the levers. Easy!
Use only the heavy beer bottles. Some are a bit thin especially those cheap lager ones.
