Italian Pinot Grigio 30 Bottle White

Pinot Grigio is a dry white wine originating from Italy . This popular North American wine is light and refreshing with a subtle bouquet. We suggest that this wine is not just for drinking in your favorite Italian restaurant, but it is a great everyday wine that deserves to be in your cellar, perfect for every meal! Pinot Grigio is a wine to be drunk young. (40 grams of oak)

South African Pinotage 30 Bottle Red

Originating in France, it's the most planted red grape in the Valais region where calcareous soils are appreciated for this vine. Classic, fruity, floral, and full-bodied; the addition of oak gives a happy union of grape and earthiness. Ageing for 6 months suggested. (40 grams of oak)

Chilean Merlot 30 Bottle Red

A dark rich grape producing a dry, smooth, wine of excellent character. Its rich flavour and aroma marry earthy tones with plum and fruit flavours. Excellent young, its character develops quickly with a few months aging. 4 months recommended.

Chilean Cabernet Sav 30 Bottle Red

Cabernet Sauvignon adds perfect acidity and fruit flavor. The result is a deep red wine with intense aromas and peppery taste. Suggested ageing is 6 months. (40 grams of oak)

Australian Shiraz 30 Bottle Red

Australia's crème de la crème, (in France, it's known as Syrah). Shiraz offers a full bodied and intense wine that is elegant and fascinating. Due to its versatility, this grape represents something different to each Individual. With it's deep red color you will discover hints of prune and cherry aromas. This wine will benefit with moderate ageing. (40 grams of oak)

European Chablis 30 Bottle White

This white dry wine, enchants itself with delicate floral notes and perfumes of fruits and almonds. Our Chablis will offer a fresh and austere wine, with a slightly light straw color. Chablis should be drunk young to capture its freshness and vividness. Great for lighter meals and sipping

Califorian Sav Blanc 30 Bottle White

This classic white grape gives a dry wine, heavily perfumed, with a very distinctive aromas and smoky notes. This excellent wine is slightly high in acidy, yet pleasant. It's a lovely dry and thirst quenching wine. (20 grams of oak)

Italian Chardonnay 30 Bottle White

Italian Chardonnay's are lighter and fresher than those of California. They can offer good acidity and will give off lemon, melon and pineapple aromas. It is well paired with any meal; try it out with seafood, salads or any fresh white fishes. Italian Chardonnay can become more complex if aged well, 5 months aging is recommended. (20 grams of oak)

You've probably slurped this unsung hero without even realising it - in a dry white Bordeaux or a sumptuous sweet wine - but it's beginning to make a new name for itself down under.
